The export contract of Bengang Steel Plate Company in May reached the best level in history
In May, Bengang Steel Plates Co., Ltd. insisted on centering on benefits and further promoting a market-oriented operation. By continuously strengthening internal management and benchmarking against advanced enterprises, a total of 123,800 tons of export contracts were signed, which was the best level in history.
Since the beginning of this year, according to the overall deployment of Benxi Iron and Steel Group, the plate company has done a lot of work in reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and reducing the “two gold occupation”.
In combination with the “Measures for the Administration of Export Contracts of Plate Companies”, the plate manufacturing department and the plate marketing center cooperate closely to strengthen the whole-process production management and control, and organize the plate steelmaking plant, the plate hot continuous rolling plant, and the plate cold rolling general plant to export contracts with various types of steel.
Organize production for the center, focusing on the bottleneck processes such as steelmaking cleanup, hot-rolling leveling repair, and raw material reverse transportation, to ensure that the cold-rolled and hot-rolled export contracts are completed within 28 days and shipped within 30 days.
It is understood that in May, the sheet company signed an export contract for 100,000 tons of hot-rolled products, 11,000 tons of cold-rolled products, and 12,800 tons of galvanized products. Among them, the delivery rate of 29,000 tons of contract products for direct supply of hot rolled pipes and cold rolled materials to users in Korea, and the delivery rate of 25,000 tons of contract products for direct supply to users in Thailand reached 100%.
The delivery time of key contract products exported in May was shortened by an average of 10 to 15 days. The cold-rolled 5,000-ton electro-galvanized substrate supplied to the Eastern Steel Works of South Korea is currently 4,880 tons in the port, and the delivery time has been shortened by 7-10 days. The effect is remarkable.
Considering that shortening the manufacturing cycle can speed up the return of export contract funds and reduce operating costs, in the next step, the plate company will organize and continue to focus on export contracts and varieties of steel with various production plants, in-depth management, focusing on solving the pain points and difficulties of the bottleneck process, and continuously.
Scientific organization and optimization of production scheduling will make greater contributions to the cost reduction and efficiency creation of enterprises.
