Brazil imposes 18.79% final countervailing duty on Indonesian stainless cold-rolled

Resolution No. 421 of December 1, 2022, of the Administrative Executive Committee of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Brazilian Ministry of Economy (GECEX), imposes final countervailing duties on AISI 304 standard and similar standard austenitic stainless steel flat-rolled products imported from Brazil for the longest period For five years, including its variants, such as 304L and 304H, cold rolled, having a thickness equal to or greater than 0.35 mm but less than 4.75 mm, originating in the Republic of Indonesia.
