Treatment of Thermal Expansion and Contraction of Stainless Steel Chain Plates
The stainless steel chain plate line can now be seen in all major industries, so about its common faults in work, let’s take a closer look:
1. The bottom plate of the stainless steel chain plate trunking fails to be laid flat and straight according to the design requirements when laying, but is uneven and excessively bent;
2. The chain plate or the chain plate machine groove is severely worn, causing the gap between the two to be too large;
3. The length of the transmission chain on both sides of the chain plate is different, and the force is unbalanced;
4. Excessive deformation and bending of the chain plates make the chain distance of the chain plates smaller;
5. The pretension of the transmission chain of the stainless chain plate line is not enough, which causes a pile of chain at the end of the machine, which makes the chain plate easy to fall out of the chain plate machine slot
Stainless steel chain plate is a very widely used chain plate product. It has a more significant feature of thermal expansion and contraction, but this brings great trouble to our application, which requires us to reduce the heat of stainless chain plate. How should we manage the phenomenon of expansion and contraction?
Generally speaking, ordinary stainless steel chain plates have thermal brittleness when working at high temperatures, and the same is true for stainless chain plates. The heat is generated by the friction of the stainless steel chain plate during work. Due to different manufacturing processes, the coefficient of thermal expansion of stainless chain plates is different. When different materials are welded together, there is a possibility of thermal fatigue. When the ambient temperature exceeds 400 ℃, the expansion between the chain conveyors and the intermittent reduction should also be fully considered.
Of course, another point is that when the stainless chain plate is exposed to inert materials, it will cause undesirable results. First, the stainless chain plate parts will become thinner and thinner, resulting in accelerated wear. The rust on the general stainless steel chain plate parts will also affect the rolling The flexible rotation of the child.
