1. Stainless pipe fittings should not be in direct contact with other metals. Non-metallic materials such as wood or rubber plates should be added.
2. Stainless pipe fittings arc starting, ending, and starting are welded back. The ending arc should be filled with arc craters. The starting of the angle must be completed in the groove. Arcing and starting on the surface of the base metal of the pipe and pipe fittings is prohibited. If defects such as pores and cracks are found at the arc starting and ending points, they should be cleaned up in time.
3. The arc starting and ending points of the multi-layer multi-layer welding of stainless steel pipe fittings should be staggered with each other.
4, stainless steel pipe fittings, pipe fittings, and stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings, and non-stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings, welded butt joints before bottom welding, the pipe and cavity should be filled with argon gas protection, in order to carry out argon tungsten arc welding.
5. When the stainless steel pipe fittings are continuously welded, the temperature between the layers should not exceed 60 ℃.
6. The inner side of the weld seam should be filled with argon for protection during the tack welding of stainless steel pipes and pipes.
7. It is not allowed to cut stainless steel pipe fittings with ordinary grinding wheels, and unique grinding wheels or plasma cutting for stainless steel pipes should be used.
8. The welds at the joints of stainless pipe fittings and pipes should be pickled and passivated after welding.
9. The water pressure test of stainless steel pipes has certain water temperature and quality requirements. The water temperature shall not be less than 5 degrees Celsius; the chloride ion content in the water shall not be greater than 25Pmm.
