Fujian Qingtuo Shangke Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Civil Engineering Starts
On October 23, China Twenty Metallurgical Group Fujian Qingtuo Shangke stainless steel cold rolled civil construction project started.
The project is located in Shangyang Village, Wanwu Town, Fu’an City, Fujian Province. It is a construction model built by Qingtuo Group in Fu’an, Fujian. The overall demolition of public and auxiliary facilities and equipment will be reinstalled in the new Fu’an site, and all civil works including the equipment foundation will be newly built in Fu’an. Including tropical annealing and pickling unit, 20-roll cold rolling unit, cold belt annealing and pickling unit (with on-line leveling), bright annealing unit, leveling unit, grinding unit, slitting unit, cross-cutting unit, tension-straightening unit, recoiling unit The work content of 13 public and auxiliary facilities of the unit, wafer stamping and liner rewinding production equipment, roller room facilities, and oily wastewater treatment station.
The equipment demolition of the project started on September 20. The absolute construction period of the civil works was 6 months, and the absolute construction period of the installation works (including demolition and transportation) was 10 months. The single-unit test run was carried out on August 30, 2017.
