Introduction of 309S, 310S, 253MA high temperature stainless steel sheet
High Temperature Stainless Steel
Heat-resistant steel is often used to manufacture parts and components that work at high temperatures in boilers, steam turbines, industrial furnaces, and aviation and petrochemical industries.
High Temperature Stainless Steel 309S: (0Cr23Ni13)
Features: It can withstand repeated heating below 980℃, and has high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and carburization resistance.
Uses: Furnace materials.
High Temperature Stainless Steel 310S: (0Cr25Ni20)
Features: Suitable for making various furnace components, the highest temperature is 1200℃, and the continuous use temperature is 1150℃.
Uses: Furnace materials, materials for automobile purification devices.
253MA High Temperature Stainless Steel:
Features: Avista Sheffield Co., Ltd.’s 253MA is a heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel designed for applications that require high creep strength (creep strength) and good corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range is 850-1100 ℃.
Use: In addition to the alloying elements chromium and nickel, this grade of stainless steel also contain a small number of rare earth metals (Rare Earth Metals, REM), which significantly improves its oxidation resistance. Nitrogen is added to improve creep properties and make this steel completely austenitic. Although the content of chromium and nickel is relatively low, this stainless steel has the same high-temperature characteristics as highly alloyed alloy steels and nickel-based alloys in many cases.
