The standard requirement is very Loose, in fact, the diagonal of the machining center is generally controlled within 1mm.
The deviation phenomenon of the Kaiping equipment is actually manifested in the center axis of the steel belt deviating from the center axis of the equipment during the conveying process. The steel coil is aligned during the winding process. That is to say, the steel coil is okay at the beginning, and the steel strip has a certain deviation during the transfer to the cutting blade.
The guide roller before leveling, the leveling roller, or the pressing roller before the shearing blade may cause misalignment, after careful inspection, the parts themselves are okay, but their axes have deviated. After repeated inspections, the axis of the entire device has a deviation of 10mm, which is a problem during the installation of the device.
Due to the certain deviation of the equipment itself, the deviation phenomenon frequently occurs during Kaiping, so many tablets have the problem of exceeding the diagonal line.
Since the adjustment of the entire equipment is a huge project, when contacting the equipment installation manufacturer, the Kaiping parameters were corrected to provide a certain amount of supply for the deviation to temporarily solve the problem.
