Shandong Hongwang Industrial Co., Ltd. is a strong alliance between Hongwang Investment Group and Huayu International Holdings, based on the stainless steel hot rolling and energy advantages of Shandong Shengyang Group and Lianyungang Huale Alloy. In the early stage, the environmental assessment and planning permission have been completed.

The first phase of the construction of an annual output of 300,000 tons, an 850-six continuous rolling line, and 850 cold acid line, and a 1450 hot acid line are planned to be completed and put into operation in October 2015. In the second phase, it is planned to construct one set of 1,450 five-strand continuous rolling mills with an annual output of 600,000 tons, two sets of 20-high reversible single rolling sets, two sets of 1450 cold acid lines, shearing, surface processing, etc.

This project is an important regional layout of Hongwang Group in North China, fills the blank of North China’s stainless steel cold tandem rolling production line, and will promote the rapid development of the stainless steel market in North China and even in the north. At the same time, as a core key construction project of Linyi City in 2015, it will make an important positive contribution to building a stainless steel industrial cluster of 100 billion yuan in Linyi, promote the formation of supporting industries such as comprehensive downstream processing and trade of stainless steel, and promote the sustainable development of Linyi’s economic and social benefits.
