Our company has long been working closely with leading domestic steel mills to directly purchase high-quality stainless steel hot-rolled raw materials, including stainless steel plates, coils, etc. These steel mills have advanced hot-rolling production lines that can produce various stainless steel products that meet international standards, ensuring that every batch of products we supply to customers has excellent quality and reliability.
Source of High-Quality Raw Materials
Our stainless steel raw materials come from domestic technologically advanced steel mills, which are equipped with modern stainless steel hot-rolling production lines and have the following characteristics:
- Diversified specifications: Producing plates, coils, and customized tubes in various widths and thicknesses to meet different application requirements.
- High-quality materials: Covering a variety of stainless steel materials such as 304, 316, 321, 430, etc., to ensure the durability and performance stability of the product in different environments.
- Advanced technology: Adopting precision control and a strict quality management system ensures the product has a uniform structure and excellent mechanical properties.
Stainless Steel Hot Rolled Production Process
Raw Material Preparation
Select and prepare stainless steel raw materials, such as stainless steel ingots or slabs.
Heating
Put the stainless steel billet into a heating furnace and heat it to a high temperature (usually between 1100℃ and 1250℃) to make it soft and suitable for rolling.
Rough Rolling
The heated billet is initially rolled through the rough rolling mill, gradually reducing the thickness and initially shaping it.
Finishing Rolling
The rough-rolled material enters the finishing mill and is rolled through multiple passes to achieve the required thickness and size.
Cooling
The rolled stainless steel sheet or coil is cooled by a cooling system, usually water-cooled.
Coiling
The cooled stainless steel coil is rolled into a coil by a coiler for subsequent storage and transportation.
Inspection and Slitting
The coiled stainless steel coil is quality inspected to confirm whether the size, surface quality, and mechanical properties meet the requirements. Slitting or processing into final specifications according to customer needs.
Packaging and Warehousing
Qualified products are packaged to prevent damage during transportation, and then put into storage for shipment.
Production Capacity and Specifications
The stainless steel hot rolling line has a strong production capacity and can process stainless steel plates and coils with a width ranging from 1000mm to 2000mm and a thickness ranging from 2mm to 50mm.
