According to Order No. 865 of the Ministry of Planning and Finance of South Korea, South Korea will levy anti-dumping duties for a period of 3 years on stainless steel sheet coils with a thickness of 8 mm or less originating in China, Indonesia, and Taiwan from September 15, 2021 (the tax rate is detailed (See Table 1),
Among them, mainland China is 23.69%~25.82%, Indonesia is 25.82%, and Taiwan is 7.17%~9.47%. Anti-dumping duties are not levied on companies that have reached price commitments. The list of exempted companies is shown.

The following products are not applicable to the above anti-dumping measures:
1. American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) S31254 and N08367 steel products,
2. 200 series with nickel content less than 6% and manganese content greater than or equal to 3% Nickel-based steel products (involving tax numbers 7219.12.1010, 7219.13.1010, 7219.14.1010, 7219.22.1010, 7219.23.1010, 7219.24.1010, 7219.31.1010, 7219.32.1010, 7219.33.1010, 7219.34.1010, 7219.35. 1010, 7219.90.1010, 7220.11.1010, 7220.12.1010, 7220.20.1010 and 7220.90.1010),
3. Hot-rolled steel products with a width greater than or equal to 2000 mm,
4. Thickness is greater than or equal to 3.0 mm and less than or equal to 4.0 mm, width Hot-rolled 316 or 316L stainless steel sheet coils of 1524 mm or more,
5. Steel products that meet the Chinese national standard (GB) 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 4Cr13, 6Cr13, thickness less than 3.0 mm, width less than 400 mm, and hardness HV250 to 350 (inclusive),
6. Steel products whose proportions of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, and nitrogen in steel products meet the requirements.
On September 25, 2020, South Korea initiated an anti-dumping investigation against stainless steel sheet coils originating in China, Indonesia, and Taiwan. On July 22, 2021, the Korea Trade Commission issued Resolution No. 2021-10 in Case No. 23-2020-3, making a final anti-dumping ruling on stainless steel sheet coils in Mainland China, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
